Product catalog and configuration
We built a custom storefront for a commercial equipment supplier. The catalog supports machines, coolers, card readers, parts, and accessories, with category-specific configuration and shipping rules. Buyers select carrier, data-plan, and cable options at the product level. Tiered volume discounts apply automatically in the cart.
Freight integrated into checkout
Equipment purchases need a different shipping workflow from small parcels. We integrated EasyPost for carrier communication and built automatic detection of freight-eligible products. Freight quotes account for equipment dimensions, delivery destination, and carrier rates so shipping is part of the purchasing process.
Equipment financing
The financing workflow lets buyers submit an application during checkout and return through an email link after approval. Their cart persists and locks during review, with shipping included in the financed amount. Financing approval codes are encrypted with AES-256, and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication with access logging.
Order and operations dashboard
We built an administration dashboard covering incoming orders, financing verification, down payments, freight adjustments, shipping labels, and tracking. A dedicated financing review flow guides the team through approvals. Customer records, inventory, and analytics are available in the same system, with an option to invoice freight separately when needed.
Local search infrastructure
The project included programmatically generated landing pages for the supplier’s service areas, using structured product data and appropriate markup. These pages provide local destinations for equipment inquiries. The scope described here does not establish search rankings, traffic growth, or sales improvements.
