Catalog & Inventory

Catalog and inventory tools for complex equipment.

We built catalog administration for multiple equipment and parts categories, with rules that carry into purchasing and fulfillment. Staff maintain products, stock, configuration options, filters, media, and category-specific information through dedicated administration tools.

[ Workflow requirements ]

Machines, coolers, card readers, replacement parts, and accessories have different specifications and purchase options. A catalog system must preserve those differences while providing consistent product search, pricing, inventory information, and data for downstream shipping and order processes.

[ What we built ]

Equipment Catalog and Inventory Management

  • Administration for vending machines, smart and traditional coolers, parts, and accessories, including category-specific fields and inventory records.
  • Product option and add-on groups, compatible item information, reusable brand templates, configurable filters, and bulk product and parts operations.
  • Authorized cloud media uploads and an image-reading tool that suggests product names from snack packaging for staff review.
  • Business reporting covering revenue and orders over time, order and service statuses, customer counts, and top products.

[ How the system works ]

Staff use validated forms, searchable tables, and bulk import tools to maintain product and inventory records. Product specifications and supplier information also determine shipment grouping. Permissions control who can change the catalog and upload media, while reports draw on the same records used in daily operations.

[ Delivered capability ]

The catalog is a maintained data source for the business system. Its records support configuration, cart pricing, order items, shipment decisions, staff reporting, and content presentation. The linked project documents how these capabilities connect to payments, financing, and operations.
