Vending commerce and operations in one system.
We built a custom business platform for a vending equipment supplier. Customers use its purchasing and account tools; staff use its administration system to manage products, orders, financing, shipments, service requests, and partner records. The public storefront is one part of that system.
[ Workflow requirements ]
An equipment purchase crosses several business processes. The product configuration affects its price and shipping requirements. Financing depends on the reviewed order total. Fulfillment needs payment and approval status. Customer support needs the same order record. These relationships have to be represented in the software.

- Shared business records connecting customers, products, order items, shipment groups, financing records, service requests, partners, and locations.
- Customer-facing catalog, configuration, cart, card and bank-transfer checkout, financing applications, account settings, order history, and service-request access.
- Administration modules for catalog and inventory maintenance, orders, financing verification, shipping, customers, service and delivery queues, partners, training, and reporting.
- Role-based permissions, additional identity verification, encrypted sensitive fields, audit records, transactional email, and scheduled reconciliation and follow-up workflows.
[ How the system works ]
Customer purchasing and staff administration use connected records for products, orders, payments, financing, and fulfillment. Separate integrations handle card and bank-transfer payments, regular parcel shipping, and large-equipment freight. Cloud operations provide hosting, account access, storage, email delivery, and background processing.
[ Delivered capability ]
