KleanCierge is a home management concierge for Washington, DC and nearby Maryland and Virginia. Customers describe what their home needs to an AI concierge, and one point of contact covers house cleaning, handyman work, pest control, grounds keeping, and home organizing.

One conversation instead of forms
The chat concierge, named Kai, is the main way customers start. Quick-start options cover booking a house cleaning, getting a repair quote, pest control, yard and grounds work, and general questions. Customers can describe the problem in their own words and add a photo. A human verification check protects the chat from automated abuse.
Pricing customers can see
Cleaning has published starting prices for a standard clean, a deep clean, and a move-in or move-out clean. The site states that cleaning is priced and booked in the conversation, while handyman, pest control, and grounds work are quoted within 24 hours. A dedicated pricing page sets out the rates and explains which services are quoted individually.
Customer portal
A sign-in link on every page leads to a customer portal. The site describes the portal as the place where bookings, quotes, messages, visit reminders, and the saved payment method are kept. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and the published cancellation policy sets out deposit refund terms.
Partners and service providers
A partner referral program lets businesses sign up through a form and agree to a versioned partner agreement, after which they receive a referral code and link. Service providers apply through the chat concierge, and the site states that each application is reviewed by hand.
Search coverage across the DC metro
The site is organized for local search. It has 43 community pages across Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, 5 service pages, and 215 pages that pair each service with each community, plus comparison pages. The sitemap lists 278 URLs. The site also publishes a guide file for AI search tools and allows their crawlers.
Policies and accessibility
Privacy, terms of service, cancellation, and accessibility pages are published, and visitors can change their cookie settings. The accessibility statement targets WCAG 2.1 AA.
