Pest Control / Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia
A pest control website built to turn local searches into calls and texts.
J&T Pest Control serves homes and businesses in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. The website is organized around how customers search: by the pest problem, by the type of property, and by where they live.

The project at a glance
Help people with a pest problem find the right service for their area and contact the company quickly by phone or text.
What we delivered
- A short quote form built around a text-message reply, with spam protection and a consent step.
- Click-to-call links, business hours, and emergency contact information.
- Eight service pages and 27 county and city pages across the service area.
- 216 pages that pair each service with each location, plus reviews, FAQs, and a blog.
Contact paths built for urgency
Someone dealing with pests wants to reach a person, not browse. The contact page has a short quote form with name, email, phone, the service needed, and a message, and it is built around a text-message reply. A human verification check and a hidden spam trap screen out automated submissions, and a required consent checkbox covers text messaging. Click-to-call links on the home and contact pages let mobile visitors call directly.
Service pages with a consistent structure
Eight service pages cover general, rodent, termite, seasonal, and specialty pest control, plus residential, commercial, and exterminator services. Each page follows the same structure: the treatment process, health risks, property damage, and warning signs, so visitors can compare services and find the one that fits.
Local coverage across three jurisdictions
A service-area hub links to 4 county pages and 23 city pages covering Maryland, Washington, DC, Arlington, and Alexandria. A further 216 pages pair each service with each location, and sampled location pages include local details for that community. The sitemap lists 268 URLs.
Trust and content
A reviews page presents customer feedback and links to the company profiles on review platforms. A first-time customer offer appears on the home page. The site also includes an FAQ, an about page, and a blog with topic filtering and sorting.
Search foundations
The home page publishes structured data describing the business as a pest control service, with its address, location, opening hours, and ratings. The robots file allows AI search crawlers and keeps the administration area out of search.
